The prestigious annual 24-hour race at the Nurburgring Nordschleife is still three weeks away, but preparations for the event are already in full force – and a ‘dress rehearsal’ of sorts is taking place this weekend.
GT3 competitors representing the likes of Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche and others – along with entrants from a variety of other classes – will tackle the ‘Green Hell’ in a pair of three-hour races this weekend as part of a revamped Qualifiers format.
