Alpine’s black interim Formula 1 livery caused a stir among fans last week.
We don’t yet know what the team’s definitive 2021 colour scheme will look like, although we had a go at mocking it up ourselves on social media.

What we do know is the black design will become the latest F1 livery never to appear on a race weekend, joining some memorable paint schemes that we picked out from F1’s past in this video.
