The Race is delighted to announce that its class-leading digital content is now available in Arabic, with dedicated YouTube, Instagram, X, and TikTok channels.
Since launching in February 2020, The Race has enjoyed spectacular success, accumulating 1.1million subscribers and over 15million monthly views. This success led to the creation of Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian language versions, and now, Arabic.
With the MENA region emerging as a key hub for motorsport, hosting four Formula 1 races and major events like WEC, Formula E, and rally raiding, the sport's growth has been exponential. The region's increasing investment in motorsport made this the perfect time to launch a dedicated platform, designed to promote the sport, spread awareness, educate audiences, and bring motorsport closer to Arabic-speaking fans.
To ensure credible and expert-led coverage, The Race has partnered with Khalil Beschir, Sabine Sassine, and Firas Nimri, who will lead a dedicated team of motorsport broadcasters and content creators. Khalil, a former racing driver, is known for his F1 commentary and analysis in the MENA region and his motorsport development work. Firas, a leading motorsport journalist with over 30 years of experience, has worked with Sport Auto magazine, multiple promoters, and federations in PR and communications, as well as serving as an F1 commentator and pundit. Sabine, a longtime F1 presenter with MBC and other broadcasters, brings extensive expertise in broadcasting, motorsport coverage, and entertainment journalism. Under their leadership, the Arabic team will deliver high-quality, regionally relevant motorsport content, bringing fans closer to the sport than ever before.
While Formula 1 will be a major focus, coverage will extend to Formula E, WEC, rally raiding, and local motorsport championships to provide a comprehensive and engaging view of the region's thriving motorsport scene.
The Race's Arabic content will be available across YouTube, Instagram, X, and TikTok, providing fans with expert analysis, breaking news, and exclusive content tailored for the region.
Andrew van de Burgt, The Race CEO and founder, said: "The Middle East has become a major player in the world of motorsport. Formula 1 races in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi have resulted in an explosion of interest in the sport. With Formula E, WEC, and rally raiding also very active in the area, it’s clearly a market that is set to grow and grow.
"I've known Khalil for many years, and together with the excellent team that himself, Firas, and Sabine have assembled, I am confident that the core values of The Race will be delivered to the Arabic audience."

A Global Expansion
The Race's international channels have been a tremendous success. The Spanish-language version has over 150k subscribers and more than 2million views a month, while the Brazilian channel has amassed over 40k followers and 1million views a month. With the arrival of Gabriel Bortoleto on the 2025 grid, this is expected to grow further. The Italian version, launched earlier this week, is also set for rapid expansion, fuelled by interest in Lewis Hamilton's move to Ferrari and rookie Kimi Antonelli's debut.
