Fans of both Formula 1 and The Race voted in their hundreds of thousands for our first annual season verdict poll, with seven categories up for grabs in our end-of-season special.
In the first video edition of The Race F1 Podcast titled Your Season Verdict, we discuss the nominees and winners in each category – ranging from the best driver transfer to the biggest heartbreak of the season.
Glenn Freeman and Scott Mitchell joined host Edd Straw to offer their opinions on who should have won, with the categories also including biggest blunder, best win, the best non-victorious race drive, the biggest disappointment and the biggest news story of the season.
The polls were held in the community section of our YouTube channel, and yielded more than 850,000 votes.
