Mexico's Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez remains a happy hunting ground for Porsche and Pascal Wehrlein, who provisionally clinched the fifth victory of his Formula E career in the opening race of the 2024 season.
Envision Racing driver Sebastien Buemi meanwhile scored his best result since August 2020 in runner-up spot, having traded the lead with Wehrlein early on as they activated attack mode, with his former team-mate Nick Cassidy taking third on his debut for the works Jaguar team.
