Lewis Hamilton’s collision with Max Verstappen at Silverstone will be the subject of at least one more hearing, with both Mercedes and Red Bull having been summoned to see the stewards on Thursday ahead of the Hungarian GP.
But this doesn’t mean the investigation into the collision, which initially yielded a 10-second penalty, will be re-opened. While Red Bull has used its right to request a review, it remains to be seen whether its case is strong enough to force further deliberations.
