Over the course of two years, Renault has spent $50million on Daniel Ricciardo spearheading its Formula 1 team in its pursuit to return to the front of the grid.
Ultimately, that return hasn’t really come to fruition and now Ricciardo is bound for McLaren in the next phase of his post-Red Bull career. So was all that money well spent?
