Two years into its five-year plan to become a Formula 1 frontrunner, Aston Martin has so far gone backwards from where it ended its Racing Point era.

A lot of hope is being pinned on the new factory the team will move into during 2023, replacing the original Jordan base at Silverstone.

But the improvements Aston Martin expects that new factory to bring are perhaps not what you’d expect.

It’s less about new equipment (though there’s plenty of that too) and more about new ways of working, as Edd Straw explains in our new video.
