Andretti hooking up with General Motors and Cadillac appears to answer every doubt the Formula 1 fraternity had about its bid for a place on the grid.
But F1’s initial reaction could still be seen as pouring cold water on any thought that it’s now a foregone conclusion that Andretti will now get the 11th team slot that the FIA has indicated will soon be available.
