The newly renamed Stake F1 team will launch its 2024 Formula 1 car on February 5 at a UK-based launch event.
The Sauber-run team previously known as Alfa Romeo will become the Stake F1 Team in 2024 and will debut that new identity on February 5 ahead of its final two seasons before it becomes Audi's works team in 2026.
The team finished ninth in last year's F1 constructors' championship with 16 points courtesy of Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu.
Bottas and Zhou will continue with the team for a third consecutive year in 2024.
Stake's launch will occur on the same day as Williams's 2024 season launch.
One week later Aston Martin will unveil its AMR24 at Silverstone on February 12 and one day after that Ferrari will debut its 2024 challenger.
