A total of 28 different drivers finished on the Formula 1 podium between 2000 and 2009, a drop of eight compared to the previous decade despite a greater number of races.
Those statistics weren’t helped by the supreme total of one driver, who topped the podium finishes list for a second consecutive decade – a testament to his sustained success.
There were, however, still plenty of shock names to stand on the podium throughout the decade, but can you remember all of them?
