There were new drivers in new places aplenty with Fernando Alonso at Aston Martin, Pierre Gasly at Alpine, Oscar Piastri at McLaren, Nyck de Vries at AlphaTauri, Nico Hulkenberg at Haas and Logan Sargeant at Williams.
As well as a host of junior drivers getting all-important F1 mileage and a chance to impress.
