Andretti's prospective F1 entry now has a works Formula 1 engine deal attached to it, following the announcement that General Motors will build Cadillac-badged F1 engines for 2028 and beyond.
It's a huge boost for Andretti's entry but it also adds to an already awkward situation for F1's commercial rights holder, who after the FIA greenlight, remains as the key stumbling block between Andretti and a place on the F1 grid.
