In his first race as an Aston Martin Formula 1 driver, Sebastian Vettel accrued five penalty points in a single day and punted Esteban Ocon off the track on his way to 15th in the Bahrain Grand Prix.

It wasn’t the glittering debut his fans will have dreamed of when he signed for the rebranded team from Ferrari.

Questions over the quality of Vettel’s racecraft have been made once more, and the car couldn’t be totally blamed for the lack of performance as Lance Stroll nipped into the top 10 – albeit having had a smoother build-up than his new team-mate.

These issues, combined with Vettel’s struggles to adapt to the tail happy car he finds himself in, and how he can improve moving forward are some of the topics explored in our latest video.
