Rumours that Mercedes may withdraw its works team from Formula 1 have become more common the longer its domination has lasted, and 2020 is no exception.
Fresh speculation has emerged this month that Mercedes is seeking a way out as it has no more value to gain from constantly winning, and has a willing buyer waiting in the wings.
