Kevin Siggy earned himself a test drive in a Formula E car by taking victory in the winner takes all Race at Home challenge race after leading from pole to chequered flag.

Prior to the final Siggy had dominated the virtual series, scoring four race victories and enjoying a large points advantage which ensured he started from the front in the finale race at the Tempelhof airfield track in Berlin.

The BMW i Andretti Motorsport driver initially soaked up major pressure from Lucas Mueller in the first two laps but then broke clear to build a dominant lead.

Mueller gave Siggy several nudges to the rear as he looked to clear his fellow German but apart from an attempt at the hairpin on lap one, Mueller was unable to make a concentrated move.

From the start of lap three onwards, Siggy inched clear and was then able to manage the gap with Mueller eventually finishing 1.3s in arrears.

“I’m proud of myself for just sticking through turn one and lap one, as well as Lucas, was giving me a tough time,” said a jubilant Siggy.

“I just can’t wait to drive the Formula E car.”

Petar Brljak vaulted Peyo Peev on the first lap before holding on to the final podium position but the Jaguar was in a different race to the top two and finished four seconds adrift at the finish line.

Porsche’s Joshua Rogers came home fifth but applied significant pressure on fourth-placed Peev towards the end of the race.

Jacob Reid rounded out the top six for ROKiT Venturi leading Kush Maini, Cem Bolukbasi, Jan Van der Heyde and Mariusz Golombeck as the final points scorers.
